What is Power Pumping?

Mamas, what is power pumping? I'm a FTM and 4 days pp. I have no clue what I am doing. 😅 My milk is in, but I would like to produce a food bit to store. 
Any advice on when to pump, how long, power pumping (which I don't know what is) etc?

I was told by my pediatrician not to pump until 4-6w once BFing is established, otherwise you risk harming your supply. Check out Kellymom, she's got a ton of amazing resources.

Power pumping according to my nursing consultant is 15 min pumping 15 min off until you reach 60 min. Do it once per day for a week to boost your supply. I do t recommend it until closer to 2-3 months though when your supply starts regulating some. I over produced from the beginning and didn't start pumping every so often until 1 month to have some stash. Now my daughter is 18 months old and I have a deep freezer full of milk and I gave to another baby too. My advice is just enjoy your LO right now and pump in a few weeks.
