3D/4d ultrasound

I'm freaking out. I went today at 13 was for a 3D/4d ultrasound (my third US this pregnancy) - I hadn't heard about the warnings against them and am sure the machine was on for 10-15 mins. I am out of state for a few weeks and wanted to "check up" on baby - but now am feeling yucky and started researching how FDA says not to get them.

I'm feeling belly-achey and nauseous since I got back from the appt, and extra fatigued. Also, I'm feeling a light pulsing in my tummy that is slightly cramp-like. Did I hurt the baby?
