Do you ever feel normal again?

Question

3 days postpartum. Hurts to sit, lie down, breastfeed, poop, pee, live. I just don't feel normal.
Any new mommas see the light at the end of the tunnel yet?

It took me exactly two weeks to feel "normal" still some bleeding. A little heavy when I do a little too much. But I no longer have to use the peri bottle or spray, I finally had a decent bowel movement I had the hardest time with that part. My nipples also feel much better. My routine with that was breastmilk applied to my nipples and coconut oil.

I haven't felt normal since before pregnancy 💆🏻 I guess this will be normal for us. I had a c-section 3 weeks ago and I'm thankful because now I can sit on the toilet without feeling like its a mission to use it. I won't lie, still hurt the scar but at least not like the first week. For your nipples use Lanolin lotion, that help me a lot. It says to use it after shower, but I use it every time after I breastfeed my baby. Hurts a little when she starts but after a few seconds it gets better and don't hurt. I wish you luck, because I know we need it 😩🙌🏻

I'm 10 days pp. I'm proud to say today was the first day I didn't need to take pain medicine! Just a couple of days ago I was still taking ibuprofen and percocet every chance I could. Hang in there. It'll get better!

I'm 12 days pp and can honestly say it still hurts to sit and stand but I do feel more normal... new normal but normal
