I'm so confused !

Ok so I was waiting for AF because I got a negative urine & blood test & I decided to take Sprintec bc pills to help regulate. So yesterday when I used the bathroom I was bleeding & it was like a rusty red/brown so I took the pill & the same thing happened today. Only problem is when I go to the bathroom it's not blood on the pad. It's just there when I pee & wipe 🤔🤔🤔 what could be going ?!
