Spotting 2 DPO

Just curious if anyone has had light red to pink spotting near/after ovulation? For me it started 3 days ago early morning on my ovulation day. It's stayed consistent red/pink with medium amount of creamy/egg white CM all 3 days. Now this evening I feel like I need to pee every 15 mins and when I do I get sharp pain/cramps for 5-10 seconds. My cycle is very consistent at 25 days and I've never spotted outside of menstruation. We have been TTC for 10 months. What are your thoughts/experiences?
