So my husband and I are going to start trying for a baby and I'm kinda worried about how his family will feel. His mother and I don't really get a long and she's never really liked me. On one side, I'm hoping it will bring us closer but on the other hand I'm pretty sure she hates so I'm like fine you don't want anything to do with me then don't be in our kids life. But I feel like that's wrong. Most of his family approves of us except his parents. What should I do? Anyone else have similar situations and if so how did you deal?
