what do baby movements feel like?

I'm 16 weeks today, and sometimes I'll feel a random bump, or if I lightly press on my lower abdomen it feels like something moves across it, I don't feel it on the outside, only the inside. It doesn't happen every time I press, just the first time I press down. Is it possible to feel baby movements at 16 weeks? I'm a FTM so I'm just excited and could be over-thinking every little thing I feel. 😂
