I THINK I'm pregnant!

My husband and I have been TTC. This morning, after being over a week late, I took 2 pregnancy tests. I know they are positive, but I was just having really bad cramps last week. I know there is implantation cramping, but these were my usual endometriosis pain level. Am I actually pregnant? This will be our first, so I really don't know how my body is when pregnant.
