Is there enough milk?

I'm worried I'm not producing enough milk when I'm breastfeeding. My supply has gone down a bit on both sides when I pump (I've been slacking on the pumping) but I breastfeed more often. If my supply goes down when I pump does that mean that I don't have enough milk to breastfeed? Are there any natural ways to increase supply? We've finally got a good latching system down and I'd be super sad to not be able to breastfeed anymore.

How much you pump is not a measure of supply because baby can pull milk more efficiently than a pump. Your supply is likely regulating. Count wet diapers, this along with weight gain is how you know baby is getting enough. Is baby content? Or showing hunger cues? Just remember the basics.

All you need to watch is weight and diapers. I've never gotten more than droplets while pumping and I've been breastfeeding for three and a half years.
