TTC - 4 months now (total 1 year)

Hi everyone, I have been trying to conceive for some time now. I was pregnant in February but unfortunately lost the baby. Since then I have been trying to conceive. Please spread baby dust .. does anyone have any suggestions on what is working for you right now? I'm currently taking prenatal pills to help increase the chances. 💕💕
