I've made a doctor appointment for this, but it's in 2 days and I just want some opinions. I'd say earlier this month I started noticing small amounts of blood in my stool and on the toilet paper, but the frequency and heaviness of the blood has increased dramatically to the point that it looks like I'm on my period every time I use the toilet. This is gross, but it's like part of the stool and also free flowing. It's just so concerning and I thought it'd go away, but it's just getting worse. I have some lower abdominal cramping too, but no pain when I actually use the toilet. Any thoughts?
