TTC whilst breastfeeding?

Does anyone have tips for TTC whilst breastfeeding? My cycles have returned and are somewhat consistent. 
Interested to hear your tips and tricks.

i used the Wondfo OPK strips to pin point when i was ovulating and now im 5 weeks 5 days. and still breastfeeding my baby.
