My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive. The only thing stressing me out is breaking the news to my parents. Especially since we're not married. Was it hard telling your parents?

Many factors. 
Do you live with your parents? Do they help you any way financially? Will they be expected to help you financially with a baby? Do you both have jobs, responsible? See marriage in your future? 
I mean obviously none of this really "matters" but it's definitely helpful to make sure you have all your ducks in a row (or as many as possible) before mentioning children. Especially if you're telling them that you're actively going to be trying to get pregnant. 
If you have your shit together there really shouldn't be an issue, ultimately it's your and his decision if you want children. Marriage doesn't make a happy family, two happy parents make a happy family.

Oh and marriage is quite important to my parents HOWEVER after buying q house (not renting) I think they knew we were committed 😂😂😂

My partner and I aren't married and our first will be born in November. Both sets of parent were and are very excited for their grandson. It really depends on how important marriage is to your families but you're never going to know until you talk to them. Good luck x

I had known my now husband for 8 weeks when we found out and my mum was screaming with excitement - I couldn't have asked for a better reaction :) it may take a little while but they will come around, you are giving them a pretty amazing gift too hehe good luck x
