Just wondering if this is a piece of my mucus plug...im 29w 3d I know it can grow back

My mucus plug has done that my entire pregnancy.

Had the exact same thing around 29 weeks and was convinced it was my mucus plug so I rushed into labor and delivery. They said it was perfectly normal and was just built up mucus. It's fairly normal and you may even see more than that after incourse. Nothing to worry about if it didn't have blood or was accompanied by cramping.

I think that looks like pieces of your mucus plug. That's how mine looked when I was loosing pieces of it then 3 days later I lost the whole thing at once and there was no mistaking that.
