Help guys! 🙋Bloody watery discharge

Since ovulation 10 days ago I've had
Lots of watery bloody discharge!
It seems worse at night, I can't go without a small pad/knicker liner day or night!
I also seem to need wake to wee at night (I never do this) and I can feel/see the discharge running out of me at the same time.
I'll be making a docs app but wondered if anyone else had had this?🤷♀️
