I am almost 34 weeks pregnant with my second and I've been having a lot of pain and pressure on my pubic bone since he recently flipped to heads down.  But today I had an awful tightness and sharp pain much like a contraction that lasted over an hour without fading! It was from my rib cage down to my public bone and cervix, not only on my right side... Strange, I know.  The pain was so bad I had to breathe through it like I did while in labor with my daughter.  Since it lasted so long I called my practice and talked to the triage nurse who said she would talk to doc and call me back... Well it's been almost 2 hours and still haven't not heard back, so I was wondering if any of you ladies have had anything similar? The pain finally faded and now I am left with the constant pressure it started as.
