I need some help with this

Right so first before I start please don't judge I'm young and stupid asf.

So roughly two months ago I got out of a really abusive relationship (the way I did it was terrible though I slept with someone (we'll call him man A) who is 40 years my senior bear in mind I'm 20 but I saw no other way out so I did it) I left my abusive ex and then i ended up meeting man A a couple times maybe 4 times at max but in the time I was with man A I started talking to another guy (we'll call him man B) just by talking to man B I fell completely and utterly head over heels in love with him which sounds stupid maybe because it is. One night when we was at a hotel he asked me if I had been talking to any other guys I said yes because I hadn't told Man A to shove off yet Man B went mad because Man B had told me he wasn't talking to anybody else. Man B told me that if Man A ever texts calls or emails me I should tell him. Man A hadn't texted or called but yesterday he emails me which I only saw today asking me if I want the clothes (that were his exes and he gave to me) back or not I have not replied nor have I told Man B Im completely in love with Man B I love him to absolute bits he tells me that he loves me to absolute bits too but claims he can't keep a hard on or anything because he just keeps getting the picture of Man A in his head. Man B doesn't trust me at the moment probably because I lied to him but I love him to bits. Should I just sit down wit Man B and tell him that yes I love him to pieces but since I've been living with him I have not talked to or seen another man
