Does talking about race make you uncomfortable?

Nope. 
It doesn't make me uncomfortable to talk about my white privilege because I know it and I accept it and I try to use my white privilege to help others.
It does make me slightly uncomfortable when there are discussions on POC, because although i 100% support them, I worry about saying the wrong thing or giving misinformation. So I tend to say little, or just the bare facts.

Race, no. It doesn't bother me, and I'm happy to talk about it when approached correctly. 
"Where are you originally from?"
"Where are your people from?"
And
"What are you?" 
Get answered with "California, California, and a human you racist bastard" in that order. My ethnic background is half European, half Japanese, but they never ask that. 🙄
