BBT question
Has anyone else noticed that their BBT fluctuates hugely with the amount of sleep they get? I struggle with insomnia, and I've noticed bad sleep nights often register a full degree lower than good sleep nights. With that much variance, it's hard to use the tracking charts for anything useful. Maybe this isn't helpful for me? I know I'm getting super frustrated... any experience or advice is welcome.
