Short cervix outcomes?

I'm 20 weeks/4 days with di/di boys. I found out yesterday at my anatomy ultrasound that my cervix is short at 20 mm. I have a repeat ultrasound next week and didn't get much information from the doctor I saw yesterday. Does anyone have a similar experience and can tell me what happens next or the experiences you had? I'm so nervous because I'm not even to viability yet.

I found out I had a short cervix at 19 weeks. I got an emergency cerclage put in 3 days later and am now 31 weeks and 3 days with di/di boy/girl twins. I was put on modified bed rest after my cerclage and progesterone suppositories. Not all doctors recommend a cerclage but mine did. Good luck to you!

I measured 2.95, 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks later I was back to normal at 3. A week ago I went down to 2.33 dr scheduled me for tomorrow to check my progress I am so nervous.
