I have been having this really annoying backache for several days now and it's doing ny head in as I am so uncomfortable! I can't sit on the sofa or lie down, I have this constant urge to stretch my lower back. AF is due the day after tomorrow so I'm sure it's just that. I usually get some backache but not as bad as this, usually I notice it if I've been shopping or walking a lot but today I haven't even left the house!

I just want AF to arrive now so it will go away!
