Am I over weight? 17 years old 5"6 tall and weigh 166 pounds

I mean I don't want to call you over weight but you are. After 13 it becomes harder to lose weight so  you should just do these they helped me lose 20 pounds in about 2 months 
1. Don't eat after 6pm because your body needs to digest all the food before you go to sleep if you want you can have an apple or drink water!
2.Go walking NOT THE GYM THING  walk outside for about 30 min scientist have proved walking outside is better then a treadmill!
3. Eat more times during the day but smaller portions!
4.When you shower say that you want to lose weight I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY but it helps the water will help you so every time you shower say you want to lose ___ weight!
5.sleep more 
6.NEVER GIVE UP! I know you are gonna do these things and be like its not working but it takes time! I wanted to give up but didnt so you also shouldn't!
