Trying not to panic

11 weeks yesterday and just had an apt yesterday. Had ultrasound and baby was moving all around and saw heartbeat. Wake up today and went to the bathroom and wiped and had very light spotting. It's not on my underwear and I don't have cramps. It's just super light and pink when I wipe. What could that mean?
