they say try a year on ur own.  r u testing for ovulation? being on mirena and not having a cycle makes your ovaries strink because they are not producing eggs.  I had mirena for 4.5 years. did not have one cycle. I spotted a few times but never had a full blown cycle. I had it removed June 28th.  Got my first cycle July 22. tested pos for lh surge Aug 3 and had my second cycle Aug 17.  I didn't use opk this month but my CM.  I don't want to try to hard cuz it hardly happens that way.
