Late / Missed period but no sex?

So last month I had a period. On time as usual and as glow predicted. But this month nothing ! And I definetly haven't had sex this month. I'm not stressed or on any medication. What could this be ? I'm about 5 - 7 days late.

Have you changed your eating habits or exercise? That could be why it's late.
