Foods high in iron

So just had my 28 week bloods back and turns out I'm anaemic...which explains this persistent exhaustion! I've been advised to try and manage it through diet but my problem is that I have a lot of intolerances...and I've found vegetables are causing me huge problems so I can't eat them atm. Has anyone got any tips or ideas of other foods that will help boost my iron levels? Thanks!
