Help!😢

I was wondering if anyone's experienced this, So my period was august 11th, and now on the 28th my boobs have been tender and I started bleeding yesterday/ feeling blood coming out a little and when I woke up today, cramping. I can't tell if it's my period twice in a month or if I'm pregnant. What should I do?
