Help TMI

I think I had a miscarriage yesterday didn't even know I was pregnant but there was a little sac that was yellowish clear with red on the end like an amniotic sac I have a pic but thought I would see if anyone can help me first the sac wasn't ruptured but I couldn't see anything in it
