I was sitting here with my husband eating oatmeal. I was about to take a bite until I got this sharp, stabbing like pain in the center of my uterus that felt like it traveled up to my lower stomach (started at the belly button and moved to both sides at the same time then stopped. Should I be worried?! It was so strong that I stopped what I was doing. My period is due in 5 days. Could it be implantation pain or an early pregnancy symptom?
