It's not big its really just right by his anus , it makes me so sad to think he might be in pain though. What are the best/fastest ways to get rid of it ?

My pediatrician told me to stop using wipes on my son when we are home. It clears his redness up almost immediately.

Papers sensitive wipes. And for the cream, get Triple Paste diaper rash cream. My son had terrible diaper rash when he was two weeks old last year. His butt looked like it was burned and peeling, was awful. I bought and tried everything. Even homemade stuff with corn starch. NOTHING but this cream worked. After one day of using it, the rash was like 70% gone. I couldn't believe it. It's my holy grail for my babies booties.
