First cycle using letrozole and trigger shot!

I took 2.5 mg letrozole on cd 3-7. Went in for an ultrasound yesterday (cd 12) and I one mature follicle! I did the trigger shot last night and will BD today, and the next three days! I' have to wait two weeks after the trigger shot to test😒 Anyone out there ever get pregnant on the first time using the same meds I did?! Wish me luck ladies🤞
