Any cloth diapering parents out there?

I absolutely fell in love with Bum Genius cloth diapers, anyone else have other brands they love or styles? Any tips you can give me? FTM and I'm trying to cloth diaper as efficiently as possible!

this is a Alva pocket. my x put diaper cream on and didn't use a layer. this is what happened. it's been washed and scrubbed.

For the cream concern on this thread: I use coconut oil or a homemade mix of 1/4 cup coconut oil, 3/4 cup shea butter (I used raw and organic), 3 drops of tea tree essential oil, and 5 drops lavender essential oil. Whip the coconut oil and shea butter until fluffy, then mix in your oils. Scoop into a clean jar. 
Neither of these will ruin your cloth diapers and both can double as body lotion for baby.

We use Alva and we love love love them!! You can't beat the price, and they have the best fit of any brand we've tried.

I love my clothes diapers. I have bum genius, Alva, sunbaby and few odd brands. don't use diaper rash cream with them unless you put a protective layer between. I use either a baby wash cloth or a strip of an old burp rag.

mama koala is on sale on amazon. I lile charlie banana too but they are expensive.  Alvas are really cute. Honestly my favorites are the cheap shells with hemp inserts.

I bought my cloth diapers through Etsy! I'm always one to buy handmade, as they are usually better quality and we're made by hand instead of in bulk in a factory. Baby hasn't been born yet but the reviews for them are awesome. They are so soft and easy to use.
