Dental fillings?

I am currently 20w2d and one of my molars has been hurting for the past few days. Will a dentist be able to do fillings or any procedures while pregnant??

I had to have top wisdom teeth surgically cut during my second pregnancy.  during second trimester I had x rays and I just entered my third trimester when I had the surgery, just had numbing shots, you can't be put under while pregnant

Yes second trimester is best to have dental work done. They can even take an X-ray if absolutely necessary. If they have digital X-rays and use a lead apron on you there is hardly any exposure at all. Fillings, root canals or even simple extractions would be safe. Its better to deal with it now rather than wait and have a big infection start!

yes. no x rays or amalgam(mercury fillings) everything else is ok.
