We started buying a pack of diapers a week immediately. This is #2 so no baby shower, we'd like to be prepared rather than running out last minute. Nice to stick up!

I have already got 4 boxes of diapers have to me and I bought a swing off of a friend since she was selling it cheap. I am dying to buy more items but I still don't even know the gender yet and it's eating me alive!

Whenever you want, in my opnion! 
Im only 12 weeks & I already have a crib, swing & changing station. I'm getting the mattress for the crib soon & my job provides a car seat/stroller set for just 95$ so im gonna order that soon as well! I can also get a free car seat on top of that deal so I'm gonna jump on it! 
We plan on slowly getting more things we need but I wanted to save some stuff for the baby shower lol. Get stuff whenever you want to! I'm trying to hold back on anything else until I find out the gender!

Bought a stroller/car seat at like 10 weeks because it was in the Nordstrom sale! Have been holding off on everything else mostly because we need to transition our guest room to nursery (replace the floors) and haven't made enough progress to start adding baby stuff yet.

I am 17 weeks and I have both cribs both changing tables. Rocker and ottoman. Double snap and go stroller and a bunch of clothes some bottles some toys. Diapers and wipes. I just can't help myself when I am out. I somehow always find myself at Babies"R"Us or once upon a child lol
