I often didn't bleed with the sugar pills. Just take them as normal and things will level out
Birth control
I've been on it for a while however I've started taking my sugar pills ( non-hormone part ) and I have started yet. This will be my 4th sugar pill with no period. Should I be concerned? Could I be pregnant? I should add I've been taking the birth control regularly.

Do you mean you haven't started it yet? Were you skipping the placebos previously? If you haven't gotten your period and you weren't skipping placebos before, don't start your next pack until you get your period. In a sense, you will not get a period, but instead will have break through bleeding and it will only last 3-4 days (likely)
