Painful ovulation
Hey loves!
I was wondering if there is anyone else who has had painful ovulation. I have been having painful ovulation for about a year and a half now. Two days during ovulation this month, I was spotting. That may be from my exercise regime that I started this month though. Because it usually happens after working out. Any thoughts on what this is about? Or anyone experience this?
