Hey so I wanted to ask has anyone taken the one a day vitamins with your spouse and has had any success or has used pre-seed. Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant but I was on depo for 4 years before I stopped taking it last shot was due Sep 2016 my body has been out of wack every since I have AF which started dec 2016 but they last from 5 to 20 days, I talked to my Dr and was put on birth control for 3 months I feel like it really didn't help regulate me. So I was wondering is there any one who used these products and it helped you get pregnant or if you was on depo is there a way to clean your system from depo.
