I haven't had a period since june 6th

So idk when and if I ovulated! My cycles are messed up from coming off bc pills, and on August 9th I wiped and had light pink on the tp when I wiped..it only happened once, I went to bed and had pinching and pulling sensations on my left side...maybe I ovulated late 🤷🏽‍♀️...I had made a doctors appointment to take a urine test because I hadn't had a period, and to see if they could help my period start up... but the test came back negative! But if that was implantation bleeding I wouldn't be no more than 4 weeks if that!

Is there anyway that it could've been implantation bleeding and just testing a positive isn't showing up yet cause I wouldn't be far along?

Anyone experienced anything like this?
