Help!( important)

So when I went to get my arm implant out later that day I have been taking birth control pills everyday at the same time being very responsible about it.

When I had the implant in I rarely got my period and now I have the birth control and haven't got my period and I don't know when my last one was because I have irregular ones before I was put on birth control and barely had a full one on it. I've been getting cramps like period cramps (pms cramps) but the period has not came yet and I'm very worried. Is it normal to not get your period on the pill? I just started spotting I saw today 😬
