I am late on my period I usually start on the 26th day of each month but I had a tubal in December 2014 but we've been having sex unprotected all the time could I be pregnant ?

Yes. A co-worker was pregnant twice after her tubal. Both were ectopic and her fallopian tube nearly burst since the fertilized eggs had no where to go.  If you're concerned,  go to the dr and get checked to save yourself from pain and surgery.
