Help...
Sunday I had bad cramps for about an hour and I took a nap and I felt better. Today I was suppose to start my period and I had cramps and symptoms and spotting first thing this morning but now it has stopped and is not cramping. As anyone else had issues like this? Y period is typically irregular but not typically symptoms or spotting.
