Please say a prayer for me tomorrow !!!

I had a miscarriage which resulted in a DnC march 23. Got a period jun 1-3 and then again June 22-28 (so not normal cycles )and a positive opk on July 9. Got a BFP July 20. Went to doc last week and they said based on LMP I should be 8 weeks but was measuring 6 , we saw the gestational sack , yolk, and a small spec which they couldn't say was or wasn't baby . (Going my positive opk 6 weeks would've been spot on ) I go in the morning at 8:30 and if no growth or cardiac activity will have to have another DnC
