I'm sure it happens. Not everyone gets typical symptoms. Some people never experience nausea, breast tenderness, and other common symptoms.

I didn't feel pregnant with either pregnancy not until 8 weeks with the first and 5 with this one cause I got morning sickness. 
But I figured with this baby (wasn't trying) because I went drinking the night before I found out and got really sick and then hungover the next morning (I can drink a bottle of tequila and not have a hangover so I knew something was wrong) and I tested because of that not because I had any symptoms.
