Period twice in one month??

Question

Im on Lo loestren Fe birth control and I've been on it for 5 months now. This month I had two periods within 3 weeks. One lasted 7 days, the other 5 days. Anybody else experience this before on any type of birth control? Thanks!

Well I've taken lo Estrin fe before. It's supposed to lighten or take away periods overtime. However if you don't take it at the same time everyday you will have random spotting (which seemed to me like a ligther periods in my case). So if its a full fledged period then it could be some other issue and you should get it checked. But if it seems kinda light you might have to get stricker on your pill taking schedual.

Whoa, no. I haven't. I would contact your obgyn. It would be different if the bleeding was only for a couple of days, but that could be more serious. Its something you should have checked out.
