I am 5"2 and I have always been on the "chubby" side but right now the last time I checked I weighed 219 is it ok to try to lose weight while pregnant ?

Yes it's okay to workout and try to get toned still but if you are trying to actually lose the weight then no. Work out and stay moving you'll feel a lot better and the post pregnancy weight loss will be easier as well. Losing weight now while you're pregnant isn't going to do much. It could actually hurt the baby if you try to diet or excessively exercise yourself
