Hey ladies. So about a week and a day I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Not how I at all planned it though. I had to get an emergency c section. It was best for my child and myself because things took a nasty turn. Well now I have this "shelf" that hurts like a mofo. It's hard, and like I said..hurts like a mofo. The area of skin is also thick..I often have to lift it up because it suffocates my section scar.

My question is..

will it ever go away?

Why is it so hard and tender?

What did you guys do?
