Drinking 4 12 Oz redbulls. Is it to much?

My SO, told me has had 4 12 oz redbulls today and I told him, consuming that many can't be healthy for you. He thinks otherwise because he was working and burning it off.  He's 5'11 and weighs 174

Is this safe

no joke, my step cousin had a grand mal seizure because she had 3 monsters in a day..I know its not the same drink but that much caffeine can really fuck up your system! I would tell him to take it easy 😕

Friend of mines heart exploded at the age of 21 while he was driving because he was over drinking energy drinks and had a naturally big heart.

FYI red bull is illegal in some European countries. I wouldn't be worried about the calories so much as the caffeine! Yikes.

Not verry healthy at all. Granted I will sometimes have 3-4 monsters a days dipending on what's going on. But I kicks my ass latter when I have a sugar crash.
