Make up that's good for acne prone skin

I really want to wear makeup but I have open pores. I've been suffering from acne since early middle school from full blown out real out to a fee pimples here and there.

My nose has the most oil but my pimples are more focused on my cheeks and chin. I can have between 3-8 on my face and some under the skin pimples.

Is there mask I can use to close my pores? I'm considering visiting a doctor to check to see if I have an inhormnal balance or something. I've started eating healthy this past week so I'm praying this will help before I go.

Any tips will be helpful.
