need advice please!

If you've been pregnant, when did you tell your husband? I have had 2 positive pregnancy home tests. I am almost 4 weeks pregnant, and I won't see my doctor until 8 weeks. Do I wait until my doctor has confirmed the pregnancy before I tell my husband? It will hard to keep the secret for 4 more weeks! What has everyone done? Would love your advice- this is first pregnancy so I don't know much! :)
