Gastritis!!!! Please help!!!! 😖

I thought it was my heart! The pain is super intense around my upper stomach just bellow my chest. I started googling and I'm 99% sure it's gastritis but I can't sleep. This is the first time I experience this in my life. What can I get over the counter until Monday when I can call my doc! Tums? Thank you!!
